| The Taos Massacres
Author Will Address Historical Society |
John Durand, author of the recently
published novel The Taos Massacres, will address the Taos County
Historical Society in Taos, New Mexico at their regular meeting on
Saturday, February 14.
The day before, Friday, February 13, he will appear for a reading and
book signing at Moby Dickens Bookstore in Taos.
Durand will spend
several days publicizing his book in southern Colorado and northern New
Mexico in connection with his visit to Taos.
A recent review in Dave Wood's Book Report column, a
feature in many Wisconsin weekly newspapers, described The Taos
Massacres as a "beautifully written" novel that
"moves along rapidly and features complex characterizations too
seldom found in historical novels." |
